JANUARY - Lime Poppyseed
Escape the winter blues with our lime poppyseed cake, filled with lime mousse and frosted with buttercream frosting.

FEBRUARY - Razzleberry Chip
Try our raspberry flavored cake, studded with chocolate and white chocolate chips, and frosted with chocolate buttercream. Heart shaped available, too!

MARCH - Vanilla Cookies & Cream
Yellow cake filled with cream and chunks of vanilla sandwich cookies. Frosted with whipped cream.

APRIL - Ricotta Cheesecake
Our classic Italian recipe with biscotti crust. Topped with a honey apricot-almond glaze.

MAY - Reverse Marble Cake
Something different… Our devils food cake, swirled with white cake, filled with white chocolate mousse and frosted with chocolate whipped cream.

JUNE - Ginger Peach Mousse
Our lightly spiced ginger cake filled with peach mousse and frosted with whipped cream frosting.

JULY - Strawberry Margarita Cake
A lightly flavored orange cake, is drizzled with tequila, filled with strawberry mousse and iced with whipped cream frosting.

AUGUST - Smores
Everyone’s favorite summertime treat is our August cake. Devils food cake is filled with mini marshmallows, chocolate chunks and graham cracker crumbs and frosted with whipped cream.

SEPTEMBER - “OD on PB”
For peanut butter lovers only: Yellow cake with peanut butter chips, peanut butter mousse filling and peanut butter buttercream frosting.

OCTOBER - Caramel Banana Fudge Cake
Three layers of yellow cake filled with caramel mousse and sliced bananas, hot fudge and chocolate whipped cream frosting.

NOVEMBER - Cranberry Cream Cake
A tasty cake for your holiday buffet. Three layers of white cake filled with baked cranberries, vanilla mousse and whipped cream frosting.

DECEMBER - Peppermint Twist
Try our peppermint white cake, filled with white chocolate mousse and crushed starlight mint candies, frosted with peppermint buttercream.
