Blueberry Cake to a
summer picnic. Iced with
cream chesse frosting.

Try this Easy Summer
Dessert
Panna
Cotta with fresh berries
1 cup whole milk
3 teaspoons
unflavored gelatin
3 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons
amaretto
Spray a 9-inch deep
dish pie plate or 6-8
individual ramekins with
non-stick cooking spray.
Set aside. Place 1/2 cup
milk in a small bowl.
Sprinkle gelatin over
milk. Let stand 10
minutes. In a medium
saucepan, combine
remaining milk, cream
and sugar Over medium
high heat, bring to a
boil. Remove from heat.
Whisk in gelatin
mixture. Whisk until
dissolved. stir in
amaretto. Cool to room
temperature. Pour into
prepared pans. Cover and
refrigerate overnight.
Top with fresh berries
and serve.
